Dear Janice:
Each morning when I awake and every evening when I retire, I find myself walking through all of the rooms and admiring the absolute beauty although it has been four years since you completed this total renovation project. It was not happenstance that we chose you since you did such a wonderful job eleven years ago in our Scottsdale home. You might well say that it choosing you was a "no brainer".
On the other hand, selecting a capable contractor was indeed a challenge. Barry and Barry corporation was hired for several reasons. Their reputation was and is excellent and they have been located here in Danville, California for many years. Quality people to say the least. However, the age old problem of contractor/designer working well together was of great concern since outstanding people usually have outstanding egos. Not so regarding you and Brent Barry. I attribute this to the fact that you both are outstanding professionals!
I cannot thank you enough and you have become a dear friend to Phyllis and me. Not incidentally, respect to our two houses, you selected our furniture as well ,which should come as no surprise, we love! Should we chose to combine both houses and purchase another, be prepared to handle that project as well!! We hope to see you soon when we return to Arizona.
